1. Returns Eligibility
- Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Items that have been opened, worn, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as personalized or custom products, and sale or clearance items, are non-returnable. These items will be clearly marked during the purchasing process.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer support team at info@sparkleessencee.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, details of the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the items. Please do not send the items back without obtaining an RA number.
3. Return Shipping
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
- Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
4. Refunds
- Refund Processing: Once we receive your return and it is inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if the returned item is damaged or used.
5. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@sparkleessencee.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will offer a full refund or exchange for defective or damaged items, including return shipping at our expense.
7. Cancellations
- Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a refund. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you must follow the standard return process.
