  • Expedited Shipping – Delivery within 2-3 business days (available for most locations).
  • Overnight Shipping – Next-day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM (local time).

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. The total shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

  • Free Shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount. Please check our website for any ongoing promotions or minimum purchase requirements.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time they are placed. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays.

5. International Shipping

Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service team for assistance.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on the carrier’s website.


7. Address Accuracy

It is important to provide accurate shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order to avoid delays or misdeliveries. Sparkle Essencee is not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit:

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost during shipping, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We may ask for photos of the damage to process a claim with the carrier.
